Here tutorial for adding .gif animation, before you must download > gif89.dll <
after that,. follow the tutorial below :
1. Extract the archive of gif89.dll
2. Copy the .dll file to C:/Windows/System32
3. Run CMD As Administrator and type "regsvr32 gif89.dll"
5. After that,. open your visual basic
6. Press shortcut "CTRL T" for component
7. Browse and open the .dll
8. Apply and Close
Last : put the component in your form, and load your .gif animation.
